CARES Worker Web (CWW) is integrated with the ECF to allow workers to quickly access documents related to specific cases using the CWW Document Viewer.

Full instructions for using CWW to interact with documents saved to the ECF are available in Process Help Chapter 45 Electronic Case File (ECF).
